After successfully negotiating a pitch, we were appointed to assist with the migration from the existing Saraya Bandar Jissah brand to the new Muscat Bay brand launch.
We were provided with the new brand and the strategy behind this, from here we created a bespoke launch strategy. This strategy was executed across a media plan we created encompassing Oman-centric OOH, print, radio, digital and social media. The third tactical phase had a far wider regional focus across digital platforms.

We successfully created a three-phase launch strategy. The development is a one of a kind project in Oman, rural yet just 15 minutes from downtown Muscat. We focused on quality of life and enjoying time with those who are important to you. Running from a single-minded proposition of “A Space to Breathe”.
• We started with a pre-launch campaign with messaging teasing the new brand
• The second phase involved revealing and introducing the new brand to the market; an educational phase, focusing on the key attributes of Muscat Bay
• The final phase ran over a 3 month period and featured tactical messaging designed to drive sales enquiries for the various properties
The results of this campaign have seen over 70% of property sold (to date) plus a strong social media engagement.
