A new master development set between the stunning Hajjar mountains and the stunning Gulf of Oman.

We created a new launch strategy for Muscat Bay. Having booked the media and created the central messaging hierarchy we had to bring this to life across OOH, radio, print, digital and social channels.

Being a largely Oman focused campaign the bulk of the traditional media was in Arabic, this involved making sure the essence of our “Space to Breathe” messaging was maintained.



The design team came up with a series of templates that we felt did not reflect the style of a typical property development. The image selection was key and we focused on evocative lifestyle images that characterised the real feel of the community.

Using a number of the brand design elements, as well as adapting these to the various platforms, we came up with a beautiful design system that worked in print, outdoor or on social media.
The outcome was a sustained impactful campaign that generated significant traction in the market.
